Can I call in for a quote instead of going on line?
Yes, our office is open from 8am-5pm pacific time Monday-Friday.

How do you get large corporate pricing for small business?
We group small business together.

Is there training on the software?
Yes, we can do this over the phone or come to your place of business.

Who are the Carriers?
We contract with most national carriers. When you get a quote you will see an average of 3-10 carriers for each quote.

Do you ship freight international?
Yes, we offer both ocean & air freight & parcel shipping across the world.

If there is damaged freight will I file a claim?
As part of our full service logistic company we will file the claim and do the follow up for you. The bill of lading must be signed with an indication of damage before the driver leaves the consignees' place of business. Please have your consignee inspect the freight before the driver leaves.

Do you offer additional coverage above what the carrier covers?
Yes, we have a cargo insurance that we can offer for additional coverage, for a minimal fee.
